We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Executive (Commercial/ Cash Incentives) for our Paper Industry.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Responsible for preparing all commercial documents and co-ordinate with Banks, Govt. Institutions/Officials, C&F Freight Forwarders, C&F agents, EPB and DCCI for smooth export & shipping operations.
• Responsible for realization of cash incentives and its documentations.
• Responsible for maintaining good liaise with buyers, keep buyers updated through various communication channels.
• Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, production, transport and customer service etc.)
• Prepare necessary reports/statements and update MIS etc.
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Age at most 30 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• The candidate should have minimum two (02) year experience in Export marketing, commercial and shipping.
• Must have adequate knowledge of HS code, Customs Act, Import-Export Policy, Bond formalities and other related laws applicable for import & export.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Dynamic & Self-motivated with high personal integrity and loyalty.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multitasking activities.
• Must have ability to travel extensively.
• Standard and regular computer proficiencies specially in MS Office.
