Sales Executive/ Sr. Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and yearly Sales target as per Annual Operation Plan of the Territory.
  • Drive Primary and Secondary Sales target on a day-to-day basis for ensuring Market Leadership and Growth.
  • Effectively implement Sales, Promotional activities/Trade schemes and Merchandising for the specified routes and distributor areas.
  • Monitor inventory in key Sales Points and ensure product availability and visibility in all the outlets.
  • Regularly monitor distribution gaps and take corrective actions for increasing numeric distribution of all the products.
  • Maintain relationship and constantly work with distributors and the internal supply chain in order to ensure availability of the products at the right time.
  • Regularly monitor activities of front line Sales Staff (PSRs) and develop them.
  • Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.
Education and Other Qualifications:
  • BBA/ MBA/ Graduation from Reputed Universities
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales.
  • Preference will be given to experience in Food (Packaged)/Beverage business, Manufacturing (FMCG) and MNCs.
  • Proficiency in English and Computer literacy (MS Office) is mandatory
  • Must be Result Driven, Strong analytical ability, excellent negotiation skills, Learning agile and Team Player
  • Age must be within 35
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Compensation & other benefits: Attractive Remuneration along with monthly incentive, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, and WPPF will be offered.

Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Job Responsibilities
  • Sales Planning and Strategy for the Area for achieving Annual Operation Plan
  • Responsible for achieving Company objectives along with retail coverage, territory volume through Company sales force and distributors.
  • Plan, organize and establish retail network/ coverage and ensure growth of Market Share.
  • Lead and Implement different Trade Scheme
  • Guide and coach Sales team in setting up their target and ensure due compliance through continuous supervision, monitoring and management inputs.
  • Spot out Channel Gap, and Convert competitors channel partner into TBL folder
  • System and Process Implementation
  • Distribution expansion of new portfolio 
  • Actively involved in primary and secondary sales monitoring, Assist Regional Sales Manager as and when required.
  • Ensure Compliance with PepsiCo policy and follow process
  • Proficient to handle the issues & knowledgeable on managing market intelligence.
Education and Other Qualifications:
  • University Graduate/ BBA/ MBA from reputed Universities
  • Minimum 6/7 years’ experience in sales & distribution of reputed FMCG Company; out of which 3 years in Mid Management position.
  • Adequate knowledge about major/ strategic markets of the country; Experience of appointing & managing Distributors.
  • Skilled in Team Management, Analytical Ability, Problem Solving, Negotiation Skills and Learning Agility
  • Age within 40
  • High Level of Computer literacy (MS Office) is mandatory.
