Job Context

ICB Islamic Bank Ltd. a shariah based commercial bank in Bangladesh, is looking for dynamic individual for the position of “Officer-Human Resources”

Job Responsibilities

• Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Placement according to requirement;
• Assist in Recruitment and Selection process.
• Short listing CVs, arranging interviews etc
• Formulate job description & job specification of the employees;
• Coordinate to other HR operational matters.
• Assist in preparing monthly activities report.
• Assist to formulate and proper amendment of HR policy.
• Assist in Performance appraisal management process
• Keep the personal file & HRIS update.
• Support the Payroll sections
• Any other job as assigned in time to time.

Educational Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent personality with positive approach/attitude
• Candidate must have excellent capability in operating computer applications.
• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
