Job Context
- ICB Islamic Bank Ltd. a shariah based commercial bank in Bangladesh, is looking for dynamic individual for the position of “Officer-Human Resources”
Job Responsibilities
- Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Placement according to requirement;
- Assist in Recruitment and Selection process.
- Short listing CVs, arranging interviews etc
- Formulate job description & job specification of the employees;
- Coordinate to other HR operational matters.
- Assist in preparing monthly activities report.
- Assist to formulate and proper amendment of HR policy.
- Assist in Performance appraisal management process
- Keep the personal file & HRIS update.
- Support the Payroll sections
- Any other job as assigned in time to time.

Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent personality with positive approach/attitude
- Candidate must have excellent capability in operating computer applications.
- Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
