PositionDivisional Sales Manager

Job Description/Responsibilities: Achieve growth and hit sales targets. Design and implement strategic business plans. Coach sales team and Monitor performance. Promote long-lasting customer relationship. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports. Provide realistic forecasts to the management. Identify emerging markets and market shifts. Monitor new products and competition status.

Requirements

Educational Requirements: Masters / MBA from a reputed university (Preferably both Masters and Honors in Marketing)

Experience Requirements: 7+ years of experience in Managing First Line Sales Managers

Additional Job Requirements: Strong communication skill in both English and Bengali, Good in using MS office (Specially MS Excel)

Age: Not more than 35 years
