Job Responsibilities
- Develop and establish the annual business plan and strategies for the categories in Retail Chain Operation to achieve short and long-term business goals.
- Develop and implement products assortment plans with an optimized product selection that meet customer needs and fulfill financial objectives.
- Implement more effective promotions for the categories that will support brand development and revenues growth.
- Build a strong network with Suppliers & ensure quality product delivery.
- Be responsible for developing risk management strategies and identifying market trends, niche markets, and opportunities in order to maximize profits and revenues for the categories.
- Evaluating and monitoring in-depth sales analysis, consumer behavior, share competition for category review to ensure expansion and growth of the category.
- Maintain positive communication and relationship to work closely with internal and external stakeholder’s sight, brand and sales to for achieving the business target.
- Make regular visits to retail outlets to review the ongoing performance of the Categories and make propose corrective actions when necessary.
- Make sure sales and gross profit generation.

Educational Requirements
- MBA/ Masters from any reputed University with good academic results.
Additional Requirements
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good Computer knowledge in MS Office Applications (MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Hard working, Dedicated, Team workers and Ability to work under pressure.
যোগ্যতা
যেকোনো স্বীকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে মাস্টার্স ডিগ্রি/এমবিএ থাকতে হবে। অভিজ্ঞতা বাধ্যতামূলক নয়। বয়সের সীমাবদ্ধতা নেই। নির্বাচিতদের ঢাকায় নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।
