Job Description / Responsibility

• Develop and maintain the Human Resources Policy in line the institution’s strategic plan and ensure the institution’s direction on employee relations, hiring and retention of potential employees.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Develop and implement HR programs that support business objectives including competitive compensation and benefit programs, regulatory compliance programs, organizational development programs, payroll administration and employee record management
• Develop the strategy for recruiting and retention of potential employees. The responsibilities include the preparation of job descriptions, initiating the recruitment process, screening candidates, arranging interviews, recommending changes, checking references, etc. All recruiting efforts must be complied with country employment laws.
• Develop and manage the Performance Management program for the institution. This includes designing and measuring the effectiveness of the performance review tools and training officials and communicating the process with the authority as needed.
• Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
• Develop KPI and implement it in line with the performance indicators  specified in the ACRs of the officials

Educational Requirements

• MBA / Masters with major in Human Resource Management from highly reputed universities.
• Candidates having any third class/division/equivalent GPA need not apply

Experience

• 12+ years practical experience in human resource department in a Bank / NBFI with at least 3 years’ experience as Head of Human Resource Management.

• Should have leadership skill & team building skill
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
• Strong negotiation, organizational and problem solving skill
