Job Description / Responsibility

• Participate in PP meeting, Work in Line Layout Designing and implementation, Line balancing with capacity study.
• Find out bottle neck process and remove bottle necks in every style.
• Participate in Production Planning meeting.
• Analyzing production data, generating daily production and efficiency report.
• Check efficiency and grade of every newly recruited worker and participate in yearly performance appraisal.
• Develop factory efficiency and individual productivity by in-house training, Time Method and Motion study.
• Monitoring input and output report, hourly production report, shipment schedule , in time fabric & accessories in house
• Reduce excess manpower ,non productive time and excess working hour
• Monitoring input and output report, hourly production report, shipment schedule & in time fabric & accessories in house
• Analyse deviation against the IE target and find out route cause of the variance in coordination with production team.
• Estimating garments thread consumption and ensure against bulk production.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• B.Sc/ M.Sc in Industrial & production Engineer (IPE) from any recognized and well reputed university.
• Education qualification will be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
