Job Description / Responsibility

• Capable to prepare creative Layout Plan, Furniture Layout by Auto CAD and 3D designs by Sketch up, 3D MAX, Maya, Vary and Photoshop, etc. 
• Drawing preparing as per the requirement with project visit.
• Meet clients to present proposed designs.
• Must be punctual in discharging duties and responsibilities.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Civil engineering / Interior Design.

Job Requirements

• Brilliant communication skill with local clients and abroad.  
• Age 22 to 35 year(s)
• Male or Female both are allowed.

Experience Requirements

• 1-2 year(s) working experience.
• Male and Female both are allowed.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Furniture Manufacturer.

Job Location: Dhaka



Salary Range: 15000-20000

Other Benefits: Yearly Bonus (1), Festival Bonus (2), Mobile Bill, Provident Fund as per company policy.

• Maintain good relationship with clients.
• Achievement Sales target through existing and potential customer.
• Ensure daily report collection and compile as per management requirement.

Educational Requirements: Diploma in Architecture, Civil engineering, Interior Design / Bachelor's Degree
