Position: Regional Sales Manager

Job Context

This position will be responsible for achieving sales target and profitable growth of assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:

To achieve the territory target, volume and unit wise.
To monitor the activities of Sales Representatives, Distributors and Dealers.
To monitor overall activities and day to day achievement of Sales Representatives and Distributors.
To prepare and keep updated party list of the territory.
To implement the merchandising activities by the Sales officers in the market place.
To ensure 100% realization of the receivables / credit of primary sales on time.
To train the Representatives for improving their product knowledge and professional skill development.
To ensure the implementation of the company policy in the market place.
To make communication written upward (management) and downward (S.R/ Distributor/Dealer/ Party).
To arrange feedback for the management regarding competitor's activities
To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.
Provide report on target, performance and justification for business outcome
Regular reporting to the top management on periodical Sales and Collection performance.
Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

Graduation/Degree in marketing or any other relevant subject.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s)
Sales, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements

In depth Knowledge about sales, distributorship, dealership, product replacement, customer service, outlet route & territory.
Experience in Rice, Consumer Goods sales will get preference.
Working experience in north region of Bangladesh will get preference.
Possess leadership qualities, team player, aggressive and result-oriented.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (North Bangle in Bangladesh Preferred)

Salary: Negotiable
