Job Position: Manager(R & D)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Develop new formations for different products & Colors
• Study all existing formulations and check if there is any scope for cost reduction by making some change /adjustments in current formulations.
• Study and check at internet & google to find out alternative raw materials for better performance as well as cost reduction.
• Develop, Improve & customize product, production support and Process validation.
• Calibrate and standardize measuring equipment of laboratory and maintain records.
• Improve existing product quality.
• Set up/revise and established quality plan for new & existing products as per market requirement.
• New raw material evaluation & comparative study.
• Evaluation of packaging materials.
• Ensure supplied RM quality.
• Ensuring & reducing the cost of formulation & scale up new product from lab scale to production level.
• Expand business volume by providing customized Sample.
• Complete daily production target, according to Market demand.
• Preserving R&D Documents.
• Properly manage retain sample, general housekeeping & disposal of test sample, expired sample.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
• Develop wood coating, Powder coating, self-leveling, epoxies and other protective coating.
• Handling software based tinting system which can provide uncountable shades as per customer demand.
• Ensuring & reducing the cost of formulation & scale up new product from lab scale to production level.
