	Position
Trainer, BRAC Driving School No of Vacancy: N/A Job Description/ Responsibilities: Conduct road safety and defensive driving training for in-service driver and basic driving training for novice driver Assess drivers by using “P” drive device system and grade them accordingly Conduct training need assessment Evaluate and grade the training and trainees Develop and up-date training module and materials (handouts, pp presentations) Keep records of training related documents and prepare necessary reports Make trainees fit for driving competency test at BRTA Make effective communication and maintain liaison with BRAC programmes, related Govt. departments and vehicle owners and workers associations Increase enrolment of trainee in BRAC driving school through marketing Perform other necessary tasks assigned by the authority
	Requirements
Educational Requirements: Diploma in automobile engineering/B.Sc with extensive experience (Educational qualification and age may be relaxed for retired Arm forces/ Police BRTC training personnel having driving instructions experience) Experience Requirements: Having valid professional driving license at least 3/4 years practical experience in driving training Heavy vehicle license holder will be given preference Instructorship license holder will be given preference Additional Job Requirements: Physically fit (Specially Eye-sight & listening power will have to be perfect) Clear Concept on road safety and defensive driving training Having clear concept on auto mobile engine and other controlling systems of vehicle and also on trouble shooting Good presentation & communication skill Sufficient knowledge in computer operation Team building and ensuring team work Age Range: Maximum 35 years
