Job Position: Area Manager – Sales

Job Description / Responsibility

• Responsible to Plan and achieve the primary & secondary sales target through distribution, productivity, coverage, visibility and merchandising for the concerned Area.
• Continuous and relevant field visit for customer sourcing, attending sales call and promotional activities.
• Provide necessary coaching for sales team.
• Effectively control on distributor’s performance.
• Ensure optimum level of stocks to the Dealer’s ware house at all times.
• Set performance norms for the SR and monitor their performance.
• Help to prepare SR route for effective coverage at optimum frequencies.
• Report to higher management the day-to-day operation on regular intervals.
• Carry out any other duties as may be required from time-to-time set by the management.

Educational Requirements

Minimum 4 years graduation/ post-graduation in any discipline from any reputed Educational Institution.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s)

Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Applicants should have minimum 05 years’ experience out of 02 years in equivalent position in relevant area of renowned FMCG industry (Preferable in food & Beverage industry).
• Candidate should be presentable, enthusiastic, and energetic with good interpersonal skills.
• Candidate should have good communication skills with adequate computer literacy.
• Candidate should be self-motivated and ready to take challenge and work under stress
• For experienced candidates, age limit may be relaxed.
