Job Position: Senior Executive, Hygiene

Job Description / Responsibility

• Ensure safe working environment for the employees.
• Ensure the highest hygiene and food safety standards are embedded throughout the team.
• To keep the premises neat & clean.
• Train the hygiene promotion staff and mobilizers.
• Identify hygiene items for distribution.
• Maintain hygiene checklist.
• Maintains and makes improvements to hygiene standards.
• Checks daily cleaning status.
• Maintains documentation on all hygiene and food safety standards throughout the operation.
• To manage hygiene budget & ensure all expenditure is authorized and recorded.
• To manage the segregation, storage, and removal of wastage.

Educational Requirements

Master’s degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

At least 3 year(s)

Job Requirements

• Age at least 27 years
• Experience in the housekeeping or related professional area in any food & beverage company.
• Knowledge of cleaning systems and methodology.
• Experience of working within a compliance/standards driven environment- ISO14001 and ISO9001.
• Experience of managing waste segregation and recycling services.
