Job Position: Executive/ Senior Executive – Sales

Job Description / Responsibility

• Sell residential apartments, commercial units and land to new and existing clients
• Generate new clients and follow-up on existing clients to increase sales
• Study brochures and product information to convince prospective buyers
• Engage in various promotional activities on behalf of Sheltech to increase sales
• Conduct market survey on buyer’s choice and preferences, competitor products, market trends, etc.
• Keep in touch with clients after sales, and maintain client records in ERP

Educational Requirements

Masters in Marketing/any relevant subject.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 year(s)

Job Requirements

• Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
