In order to further enhance this brand image and to communicate more effectively with prospective customers, it is necessary to appoint an experienced Brand & Communications Manager.

Position: Finance Manager No. of Position: 01 Job Description / Responsibility Prepare annual Financial Operational Plan. Ensure Tax & VAT implications of all significant decisions are thoroughly examined. Prepare monthly Payroll statements. Ensure all hotel licenses/permits are renewed on a timely basis. Ensure compliance to all regulatory and statutory requirements. Maintaining working arrangement with local VAT officials. Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements for MD’s approval. Ensure capital assets purchases are recorded properly in the books of accounts.. Ensure physical inventories of all purchases or supplies are taken on adaily basis & conduct monthly inventory control check and prepare month-end inventory statement. Prepare monthly P&L Statements, R&P statements and annual Balance Sheet. Job Nature: Full-time Educational Requirements M.Com in Accounting or Finance from Dhaka or Chittagong University or selective reputed Private Universities in Bangladesh. Chartered Accountancy Course completed (CACC) applicants from a reputed CA firm would be given preference and priority. Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years as Finance Manager Additional Job Conditions Age at least 38 years Only males are allowed to apply.
