Job Position: Executive – Accounts (Quickbooks Expert)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Be the contact point for any restaurant billing issue
• Run Weekly Settlement runs in our in-house billing tool check it for any errors and raise payment request through BEFTN, Cheque Settlement etc
• Maintain smooth Weekly and Daily Vendor Payment Settlements
• Issue monthly invoices for all monthly billed restaurants/vendors and collect payment deposit collection cheques incorrect bank accounts
• Maintain cashbook and do daily cash reconciliation
• Maintain aging report of restaurant receivables.
• Perform daily vendor cash reconciliation report and trace to Bank account
• Maintain general ledger for all expenses in Excel and Accounting software
• Proficiency in Xero and Quickbook

• Bachelor’s degree in any Business Discipline
• Accounting Qualifications are preferred but not mandatory
