Position Title: Sr. Executive- Civil

Major Job and Responsibilities:

• To do the coordination of construction activities (among Project Engr, Consultant, Accts Dept.,Supply chain etc) running in the Projects.
• To do all sorts of documentation like, filing, corresponding, checking drawings, proper keeping of bills and work order copy, etc.
• Supervise day to day construction works as assigned by immediate supervisor.
• Giving engineering support and decisions or arrange same to site level  from consultant and superior.
• Making construction plan and schedule of various project.
• Performing engineering design (as required by site)
• Day to day Reporting/updating to immediate supervisor.
• Preparing, checking and Authenticate Estimate, rate analysis and BOQ of various project/job preparing , checking and authenticate Contractor’s bills
• To do Work order, CS and others documentation jobs
• Assign day to day work to the junior engrs.

Education / Qualification:

• B.Sc. in Civil Engg. from any Public University with IEB Membership
• Should be a proactive & self-organized person with long career commitment.
• Capable to supervise a multiple construction project independently.

Experience: At least 4 to 6 year(s) experience in the following area(s): Construction industry.

Behavioral Skills:  Research-minded, Team player and Self-starter.
