Position: Head of Distribution

Job Description/Responsibility:

• Maintain liaison with the factory to receive the goods on time.
• Channel & Distribution management.
• Ensure product availability at depot as per requirement.
• Channel partner stock analysis and product movement.
• Area splits for smooth distribution of goods.
• Maintain documentation/record related to procurement and delivery of goods.
• Communicate with channel regarding operational & market issues.
• Build strong relation with channels.
• Solve the problem raised by channels.
• Advice & guide management in cost minimization from time to time.
• Ensure various reports such as: delivery report, order collection report, undelivered report etc.
• Any other assignment as assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements:

• At least Graduate/Honors.

Computer literacy:

• Good knowledge in MS office package, especially in MS Excel.

Experience Requirements:

• 15-20 years’ experience in relevant areas.
• The applicants should have experience in Distribution/Supply Chain.
• Experience in FMCG/cookeries will get preference.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Excellent leadership quality.

• Smart in situation handling.
• Age at most 40-45 year(s).
• Excellent leadership quality.
• Excellent analytical skill.
• Strong communication skill.
• Able to work under pressure.
