Job Description / Responsibility:

• To look after overall project development activities of constructions.
• Monitoring and supervising day to day construction work at factory.
• Estimation, costing & preparation of time schedule for construction work.
• Making plan to complete the job in schedule time.
• Making structural design with Auto CAD.
• Considering the strength of various materials, e.g. timber, concrete, steel and brick to see how their inclusion may necessitate a change of structural design.
• Liaising with variety of professionals including architects, subcontractors, labor, raw material suppliers.
• Drawing, design and maintaining official documents.
• Communicate with management regarding work progress.

Educational Requirements:

BSC in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:

5-10 years experience in building construction.

Age limit:

35-40 year(s).

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should have practical experience knowledge in drawing, design & construction og building steel structure.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Good in MS Word & Excel
• Target oriented.
• Able to work under pressure.

Work Location:

Sreemangal, Moulovibazar.
