Job position: Sr. Executive/ Executive – Sales

Job Description / Responsibility

• Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
• The applicants should have potentiality to development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
• Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
• To deal with clients and provide them project information over telephone.
• Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records in ERP.
• Responsible for dealing In-house client.
• Responsible for direct prospect visit out of the office.
• To visit apartment with client for their quires and satisfaction.
• Responsible for attending Site office duty and search outdoor prospect.
• Responsible for maintaining after sales officials formalities i.e. to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, to prepare deed of agreement and signing to the client.
• To share ideas how to improve sales with group leader and other colleagues.
• Any other activities as and when required by the management

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Masters/ MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed University.

2 to 6 year(s)

• Interview process will be done on candidate’s previous sales performance.
• The applicants should have experience in Real Estate sector.
• Should have sound computer proficiency specially MS Office Package, excellent interpersonal skill, and good command over written & spoken English.
• Ready to work under stress & pressure.
