Job Context

• To expand the business portfolio in Chittagong, Woori Bank is looking for a highly served candidate for its Chittagong Branch as “Branch Manager”
• Job Location: Chittagong Branch

Job Responsibilities

• To lead the Branch to achieve business targets (Assets, Liabilities & Revenue)
• Ensuring good relationships with existing & potential customers
• Planning, directing and managing branch employees
• Ensuring high quality customer service keeping in mind peoples work life balance
• Leading people in an environment where people and customers both are priority
• Ensuring prevention of Money Laundering in line with other internal and regulatory requirements and also maintaining the Compliance issues

Educational Requirements

• Post/ Graduation, preferably in Business, Economics, Bank Management or related subject

Experience Requirements

• At least 12 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Minimum Twelve (12) years of experience in reputed Banks; minimum two (2) years of experience as Branch Manager in Chittagong Area
• Good knowledge in General Banking, Loan, Trade Finance, Branch Operations and Business Development
• Excellent business communication skills with effective sales acumen
• Leadership qualities with adequate ability to manage, coach and mentor people
