As a part of our continuous growth in Bangladesh, we invite dynamic, self-motivated and high caliber individual for the position of Civil Engineer.

Position: Civil Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise project work progress on day-to-day basis in relation to project plan and submit report through daily logs
• Ensure dimensions are maintained and materials are applied as per approved structural design and standard engineering formula/practices
• Ensure quality of construction by proper sampling and associated tests
• Check and confirm contractors’ bills against actual work done before submitting for final approval
• Project and foresee different environmental factors that may delay project work and implementation and report accordingly
• Ensure safety of people/workers in the site and give necessary instructions to Contractor for implementation of safety measures, PPEs etc.
• Report all sorts of non-compliances by the Contractor and his office personnel, employed workers – if any – with proper substantiation

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any recognized university/ Institution.
• Minimum 4~5 years working experience in construction projects/similar field.
• Knowledge on SAP will be preferable.
• Sound knowledge in Auto Cad and MS Project is preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills, and communication skills in verbal and written English
• Independent, positive attitude, highly motivated, result oriented, target driven
