| We are looking for a very analytic & dynamic person in our SFE team in Business Excellence department
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop business analytics-interpretations and execute proper channel communication & follow-up with stakeholders to bring positive business impact
- Manage all digital platforms for sales force and act as lead for sales force automation
- Assist in driving sales force activity management
- Assist in devising & preparing Incentive Scheme for Sales Force and driving recognition events
- Coordinate sales target for sales force
- Coordinate resource allocation & optimization within sales organization
- Coordinate affiliate performance management reporting & relevant actions
Profile Requirements: Graduation in Business Administration/Statistics/CSE
Experience: At least 05 years of experience in comparable role
Skills and Competencies
- Extensive knowledge on database management tools; particularly in MS Excel.
- Working knowledge with SQL & Power BI will be an added advantage
- Proven experience with IT or Sales Force Automation relevant project
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to serve large stakeholders – being constructive, balanced & persevering
- Effective planner & ability to deliver results in stressful situations
